What to bring
A short list, and we bring the kit
You do not need to own any freediving equipment. Bring swimwear, a towel and a bit of patience for your ears, and we supply the rest — wetsuit, fins, mask, weights and the whole safety set-up.

Before you arrive
Small things that make the day easier
Course days run from the morning into the afternoon, and you will be in and out of the water several times. A dry towel, a warm layer and something to eat between sessions make more difference than any piece of equipment.
Gear is included
Every course and session includes a wetsuit that fits, mask, fins, weight belt and the full line and safety set-up. If you already own a mask that fits you well, bring it — a familiar mask is one less thing to think about on day one.
Leave the camera on land
We take photos and video of your dives and share them with you afterwards, so there is no need to dive with a camera. It keeps your hands free and your attention on your buddy and the line.
Medical statement
Freediving is a breath-hold activity, so we need a signed medical statement before you get in the water. Most people answer no to every question and sign it on the day. If anything applies to you, bring a doctor's clearance and we will take it from there.
